Service Description
Prior to your appointment, Dr. Andi will review the intake form that was submitted during the booking process. She'll then be prepared to discuss all relevant details during the zoom call. Following the call, you will receive an email with recommendations going forward and will have access to ask further questions inside and receive feedback from both Dr. Andi, inside our privately hosted online social forum.
Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellation & No Call/No Show If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to give notice at least 24 hours’ before may result in an appointment fee of $25 of your scheduled service. We have a wait list, so advance notice allows us to fill your spot with someone who is anxiously waiting. If more than three appointments are missed, no call/no show appointments will result in a Missed Appointment fee of 100% of your scheduled service.
